Joey Harrington was cut today by the Atlanta Falcons. Although his career has mostly been a flop, statistically he is the best quarterback taken in the 2002 draft.

Harrington was taken 3rd overall by the Detroit Lions.

3.   David Garrard — 36 (although he should pass him eventually)
