Atlanta Braves pitcher Tom Glavine threw only 16 pitches yesterday and failed to retire a batter. He left with hamstring injury and might go on the disabled list.

That was only his 3rd career start that he failed to go at least one full inning. Here are the other two…

September 30, 2007 vs the Marlins: (Mets fans remember this one)
